🔎 About the Role:
Zen Aqua Living is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Cashier / Sales Assistant with hands-on experience in accounting, billing, stock management, and GST coordination. This role is ideal for candidates seeking retail accounting jobs, cashier jobs with GST exposure, or store operations roles with inventory management responsibilities.
If you have experience in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, billing, petty cash handling, and customer coordination, this opportunity is for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Billing.
Manage daily sales and expense entries in Zoho Books.
Generate sales invoices and record cash / card / UPI transactions accurately.
Maintain updated records of sales, purchases, and payments
2. Inventory & Stock Control.
Reconcile physical stock with Zoho Inventory,
Create purchase entries and monitor reorder levels,
Identify slow-moving or low stock items
Assist in stock verification and reporting.
3.Admin & Petty Cash Management.
Handle daily petty cash transactions and vouchers,
Prepare expense summaries,
Manage utility payments, office supplies, and AMC renewals,
Ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
4. GST & Accounts Coordination.
Coordinate with CA for monthly GST filing,
Assist with TDS-related documentation,
Ensure data accuracy for statutory compliance.
5. Store Operations & Customer Coordination.
Support billing and vendor coordination
Maintain customer purchase records,
Provide operational support to management,
Assist in smooth store functioning.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com or relevant qualification preferred),
Knowledge of Accounting Software (Zoho Books preferred),
Understanding of GAAP, financial accounting, debits & credits,
Experience with QuickBooks (added advantage),
Basic tax & GST knowledge,
English proficiency (preferred), and
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
