We are seeking to acquire a licensed RBI-registered NBFC, preferably specializing in gold loans, with primary operations in the southern states and/or Maharashtra.

We are open to considering entities offering a full (100%) exit.

Our preference is for a smaller AUM, with an investment size of ₹50–100 crore, provided the NBFC possesses the requisite licenses and is fully compliant with all regulatory guidelines.

We are also open to buy out existing Gold Loan portfolios from other NBFCs

We are also open to look at smaller NBFCs if the track record is good
