Our client looking for investment / acquisition in Logistic Sector :

Logistics: Seeking investment opportunities in the logistics sector with the following requirements:

Target Companies: Relatively large companies with annual revenues of USD 100–300 million or higher (companies below USD 100 million are out of scope).

Acquisition Ratio: Must obtain a significant minority or majority stake in the target companies.

Priority Cargo Types (in the same order):

1. Automotive and High-tech (electronics, etc.)

2. F&B/Cold-chain and Healthcare

Target Cargo: Corporate cargo only; no interest in last-mile or retail segment.

Preference for companies pursuing the transaction for strategic reasons, rather than those selling due to financial distress or retirement

Any Indian company that you see as an opportunity and is interested then the steps are:

1)Profile / financials (preferably in USD

2)In principally if we feel they fit the target criteria

3) No upfront fees
