Energy Asset Solutions Pvt Ltd is currently hiring an Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join its finance and accounts team in Ahmedabad.
This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who have hands-on experience in Tally, GST compliance, billing, and financial reporting and are looking to build their careers in a growing organization operating in the solar power, security services, and manpower services sectors.

Position Overview:
Job Title: Accountant
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Mode: In-office
Candidates with experience in service industry, manpower services, security services, or solar power sector will have an added advantage.
Job Summary
Energy Asset Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, billing, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess strong working knowledge of Tally, e-invoicing, e-way bill generation, bank reconciliation, and accounts receivable management.
This role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance with GST regulations, and preparation of financial reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries
• Create and maintain client and vendor ledgers
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation
Billing & Receivables
• Prepare and issue client invoices for manpower and security services
• Generate GST-compliant invoices
• Maintain proper invoice and payment records
• Monitor accounts receivable and client outstanding balances
GST & Compliance:
• Generate e-invoices through GST portal or Tally
• Generate e-way bills where applicable
• Assist in preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1)
• Ensure compliance with applicable GST and statutory regulations
Banking & Reconciliation:
• Record bank receipts and payments
• Perform bank reconciliation in Tally
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
Reporting & MIS:
• Prepare client reconciliation statements and outstanding reports
• Export financial reports from Tally to Excel for management review
• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports
Required Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software
• Understanding of GST billing and compliance
• Experience in e-Invoice and e-Way Bill generation
• Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and accounts receivable management
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Eligibility Criteria
• B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent qualification
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Tally certification preferred
• Experience in Tally and bank reconciliation is desirable
• Candidates based in Ahmedabad or willing to work in Ahmedabad preferred
