About the Opportunity
Sudheendra & Company, a reputed mid-sized Chartered Accountancy firm based in Mumbai, is inviting applications for Accounts & Audit Executives to handle accounting, audit, and compliance assignments at client locations in South Mumbai.
This role offers hands-on exposure to diverse industries and an excellent learning platform for professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
We work closely with Intellex Strategic Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a leading financial advisory and investment banking firm providing debt and equity fundraising solutions across India. Through IntellexCFO, we also deliver Virtual CFO services to SMEs, enabling structured financial growth and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities.
Handling Accounting & Bookkeeping at client offices,
Assisting in Statutory & Internal Audits,
Preparation and Finalization of Accounts,
Working knowledge of GST Compliance & Return Filing,
Handling Income Tax compliance and related documentation,
Assisting in ROC & Companies Act compliance, and
Coordination with clients and internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria.
Experience: 1–5 years in a Chartered Accountant firm (mandatory).
Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Strong working knowledge of:
Tally,
GST,
Income Tax,
Finalization of Accounts,
Good communication and client-handling skills and
Ability to work independently at client premises.
